| As an example a Master who joins Tidal Transit on base rate of £235 with AEC 1, 2, ECDIS, IMDG, both proficiencies in first aid, slinger-banksman, etc would be on £280, before considering experience and time served. | |
| Below is an example selection, of courses where on successful completion you would receive an increase in pay. If you have already completed courses and have provided us with certification, then you will be automatically placed at a higher rate to match your qualifications. Once you have completed the course you would be expected to maintain this certification throughout the duration of your time with Tidal Transit. | ||
